Local receipt data

POS Printer Emulator processes receipt jobs, parsed printer commands, and receipt history on the Windows computer where the software is installed. Receipt text, raw ESC/POS data, barcodes, QR-code contents, and rendered receipt images are never sent to our servers.

Installation, license, and usage data

To operate the Trial and Full Version licensing service, the application sends an installation identifier, customer or company name, email address, application version, Trial or Full status, license identifier when activated, application-launch counts, emulated print-job counts, and last-seen time to POS Printer Emulator over an encrypted HTTPS connection. These records help us manage trials, active licenses, product versions, and aggregate product usage.

The installation identifier and authentication token are randomly generated for this application installation. We do not use this information for advertising and do not sell it. Uninstalling the application stops future reporting. To request access, correction, or deletion of registration and usage records, contact us using the address below.

Website data

This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting provider may retain ordinary server logs such as IP address, requested page, browser type, and request time for security and reliability.

Software activation

Activation keys are validated locally in the application. Registration details must match the information used to issue the activation key. Successful activation updates the installation's license status in the licensing dashboard without uploading receipt content.
