See more than a printed receipt
A physical printer shows the final paper output. POS Printer Emulator also exposes the command stream that created it, making it easier to identify formatting problems, unexpected control codes, and unsupported instructions.
ESC/POS receipt testing tools
- Live thermal-paper preview for received jobs.
- Parsed command table with offsets, hexadecimal bytes, command names, and details.
- Raw-data view for byte-level troubleshooting.
- Warnings for commands the current renderer does not support.
- Text, image, barcode, QR-code, alignment, size, feed, and cut handling for common receipt workflows.
Connect over RAW TCP/IP
The listener uses the common network-printer workflow: your POS sends RAW data to the Windows computer’s IP address on port 9100. You can point supported POS software directly to the endpoint or create a Windows Standard TCP/IP printer port.
ESC/POS implementations can vary by manufacturer and model. The command diagnostics help you see exactly which instructions were recognized and which need attention.
Designed for local development and support
Use it to validate a new integration, reproduce a store issue, check menu changes, or compare the bytes sent by different POS configurations—all without storing receipt contents in the cloud.
