One-time license purchase prices

These are the software purchase prices—not annual renewal prices. Every paid license is a one-time purchase and includes its first year of Maintenance and Support.

Compare included features

Lite, Pro, and Enterprise permanently include unlimited jobs, local history, watermark-free previews, exports, printer profiles, Stored Logos, Printer State, Copy Receipt as Image, and capture/import/replay. Pro adds management for a second total listener; Enterprise expands the workflow to 15 total listeners and exclusively unlocks the Standard Development Diagnostics Report and Advanced Diagnostics Package.

How licensing works

1. Download and install the same application used for all license levels.
2. Evaluate it in Trial Mode with up to five print jobs per day.
3. Choose Lite for $24.99, Pro for $39.99, or Enterprise for $199.99. Each is a one-time software purchase.
4. The license is assigned to your verified Customer Portal account.
5. Link the computer through Settings and approve it in the Customer Portal; the purchased license applies automatically.

No separate paid-version download

Your existing installation applies its Lite, Pro, or Enterprise level after secure account and device verification. Your settings remain in place, so you can continue testing without reinstalling or reconfiguring the listener.

Application Maintenance and Support

Every new Lite, Pro, or Enterprise purchase includes 12 months of application updates, upgrades, account and device licensing assistance, assisted technical support, and access to Check for Updates. The underlying license remains permanent.

After maintenance expires, the purchased application and all existing licensed features continue working. Update checks, update downloads, and assisted support pause until an optional annual renewal is purchased. Local troubleshooting, health information, activation diagnostics, and privacy-safe log export remain available.

Renew early to add 12 months to the existing coverage end date. If coverage has expired, the renewed year begins on the confirmed payment date and restores eligible update and assisted-support access immediately. Existing paid customers received grandfathered maintenance through July 19, 2027.
