Test receipt printing on your Windows PC
POS Printer Emulator turns a fully updated 64-bit Windows 11 Pro computer into a local receipt-testing endpoint. Configure your POS application to send RAW TCP/IP data to the computer’s address on port 9100, then inspect the rendered receipt and the data behind it.
What you can verify
- Receipt text, alignment, sizing, images, barcodes, and paper cuts.
- Parsed ESC/POS commands, raw bytes, unsupported-command warnings, and job details.
- How menu, price, tax, modifier, and layout changes appear before rollout.
- Multiple test jobs in a searchable Activity view with a paid license.
Local by design
Receipt contents and raw print data stay on the Windows device. The application does not upload receipt history to cloud storage. Privacy-safe registration, license, and aggregate usage events may be sent to the licensing service.
Good fit: POS developers, menu administrators, implementation teams, and technicians who need repeatable receipt tests without dedicated printer hardware.
Trial, Lite, Pro, and Enterprise
Every installation begins in Trial Mode with five external POS print jobs per day, unlimited built-in Test Receipts, session-only activity, a TRIAL watermark, and paid features locked. Lite at $24.99 includes one listener and paid tools such as Copy Receipt as Image; Pro supports two listeners; Enterprise supports up to 15 and adds the Standard Development Diagnostics Report and Advanced Diagnostics Package.
