Everything you can manage in the Customer Portal
Use this guide to verify your account, understand license and Maintenance and Support status, purchase or upgrade safely, manage computers, download eligible releases, request support, and protect your account.
Open Customer PortalVerify your email, create a password, and sign in
Select the verification link sent to your registered email address and create a Customer Portal password. Verification and password-reset links are single-use and expire automatically. If you forget your password, use Reset your password on the sign-in page. For privacy, the recovery form displays the same confirmation whether or not an account matches the email.
See your account status at a glance
Overview welcomes you by your full customer or company name and displays your current license as Active, its listener allowance, and the exact Maintenance and Support Until date. Beginning 90 days before coverage expires, a daily reminder shows the expiration date, days remaining, and a renewal button.
When the installed application is behind the current release, Overview shows the installed and latest versions, how many releases behind you are, a release-notes link, and either Download Latest Version or Renew Maintenance and Support.
Welcome back, Alex Morgan
Review account-owned licenses and device status
Licenses shows the license level, Active status, issue date, listener allowance, registered computer, and Maintenance and Support expiration. Licensing is automatic after account and computer verification.
- Confirm that the license is assigned to your verified account.
- Review the registered computer and current activation status.
- Deactivate the computer before moving the license to another device.
License and maintenance changes synchronize automatically with linked computers. When coverage has expired, the portal shows the expiration date and a direct renewal action.
Purchase, upgrade, evaluate, or renew
Your current license is visually highlighted. The portal compares Lite, Pro, and Enterprise capabilities and offers the correct action: first purchase, upward upgrade, or clearly labeled additional license. A selected license from the public Buy page remains selected after sign-in.
- Confirm your password before creating a secure checkout.
- Purchases are one-time payments; paid licenses are permanent.
- Optional annual Maintenance and Support renewal adds one year of updates and assisted support.
- Eligible installations can start a server-authorized Five-Day Promotional Trial from the application—no key is required.
Review payments and download receipts
Purchase & Billing separates license purchases, upgrades, and Maintenance and Support renewals. Each row shows payment status, the associated masked license, amount, transaction reference, and a receipt that can be printed or saved as PDF. Payment credentials and device-entitlement tokens are never shown.
Link computers and move a license securely
In the application, open Settings → License and select Link This Computer. The app displays a single-use code and opens the Customer Portal. Sign in with a verified email, confirm your password, review the requesting Windows computer, select an eligible license, and approve the link. The app checks for approval and activates automatically.
- Start the link from the computer you want to activate.
- Approve the code within 10 minutes; expired and used codes cannot be reused.
- Select a license that is not active on another computer.
- Return to the app and wait for the linked-and-activated confirmation.
To transfer a license, confirm your portal password, enter a transfer reason, and deactivate the old computer first. If the old device is lost or unavailable, submit a License Issue in Support for identity-verified recovery. License ownership always remains with the verified account.
Know when an update is available
Downloads compares the latest version reported by your active installation with the current published release. It displays the installed version, latest version, release date, versions behind, and release notes.
Active Maintenance and Support unlocks Download Latest Version. If coverage has expired, the available version remains visible, but the download action changes to Renew Maintenance and Support.
Submit and follow a private support request
Choose Bug Report, Feature Request, License Issue, or Other Issue. Add a clear subject and description, then optionally attach one PNG, JPG, TXT, PDF, or ZIP file up to 2 MB. Do not include passwords, device-entitlement tokens, payment details, or customer receipt contents.
Your support history shows the private reference, status, conversation, and replies. A request saved locally but awaiting secure submission includes a retry action.

Two-step verification
- Select Start two-step setup.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app or enter the setup key.
- Enter the six-digit code and save the one-time recovery codes.
To disable two-step verification, re-enter the account password, provide a valid authenticator or recovery code, type DISABLE, and confirm the warning. Every active portal session is revoked and a security notification is sent.
Privacy actions include downloading your account data and closing portal access after recent password confirmation. Closing portal access does not cancel or delete a permanent software license or required transaction records.
